It has wonderful uninterrupted views over the Urr Estuary, Kippford harbour and the hills beyond. Allonby Cottage is ideally located for nearby beaches, sailing, mountain biking, golfing, walking, fishing or simply relaxing by the sea. The picturesque village of Kippford has all you need for a wonderful stay; beautiful scenery, good food and plenty to do. It is also the ideal location to explore the south west of Scotland. Within easy reach there is an inexhaustible supply of National Trust for Scotland properties, RSPB reserves, family activities, historic sites, stunning coastal and hill scenery and bustling market towns to explore.

Flexible accommodation on two floors.

Ground floor: Porch with seating to watch the world go by . Spacious sitting room. Double bedroom. Toilet with WC and Utility room with shower. Fully fitted well equipped kitchen with dining area. Both sitting room and bedroom have views over the estuary. For a couple, the ground floor provides all the accommodation one could need.

First floor: Landing. Double bedroom and Twin bedroom both with beautiful views. Family Bathroom. Single bedroom.
