The ancient Barony of Arbigland comprises 1,250 acres of farmland and 4,000 acres of foreshore on the Solway Firth coast bounded by the River Nith near Dumfries in the south west of Scotland.

Shore Cottage enjoys magnificent views across the Solway to the Lake District Mountains, and is centrally located for exploring the unspoilt beauty and history of Dumfries and Galloway.

Powillimount Cottage is a three bedroom semi-detached holiday cottage is a traditional stone built farm worker's cottage situated a short walk from the beach and has idyllic views of the sea and the Lake District Mountains to the front and Criffel, Galloway's finest mountain behind.

Carse Bay Holiday Chalets sleep 4 people and provide the perfect self catering family holiday accommodation for a relaxing time exploring the beautiful countryside of Dumfries & Galloway. Curlew Lodge, completed in June 2009 is the first of 3 chalets, the other 2 will be built in early 2010.
