Aston Hotel Dumfries opened its doors in Dumfries on 18 September 2006. Construction of Aston Hotels Dumfries commenced in January 2006 and opened in September 2006. With an investment of over £4.5 million into this 71-bedroom two-storey, superior hotel, guests will be able to relax and absorb Aston Hotel 's unique composition of old and new.

The beautiful Scottish town of Dumfries, an enclave for tourists and an up and coming business and conference destination is the home to Aston Hotel 's first Scottish venture.

The stunning late Victorian building has been lovingly restored and the hotel's new-build design draws upon influences from this iconic, architectural era with glass and copper adding a contemporary twist. Guests will be able to soak up the historic atmosphere evident in the public rooms within the restored part of the hotel. They will also be able to enjoy modern hospitality on offer and interiors that encapsulate Aston Hotel 's contemporary and classic touches.
