five golf courses - the famous Turnberry course is only approx. 35
miles. Shooting, sailing, indoor and outdoor bowling, salmon/trout/sea
angling, pony trekking, cycling and tennis are all available locally.
Short distances to RSPB Wood of Cree Bird Sanctuary, forest walks,
cycle trails (including the 7Stanes) and picnic areas. This area of
outstanding natural beauty offers excellent opportunities for all
ramblers, walkers and cyclists. Private salmon fishing by prior
arrangement on owner"s beat.

All on one floor: refurbished, fully integrated kitchen with large
panoramic feature patio doors to front patio/garden area. Two twin
bedrooms, electric over-blankets, pine furniture. Bathroom with bath,
electric shower over, WC, wash-hand basin, laundry room.

feature fireplace in lounge. Double glazing throughout.
