 Brydekirk is situated only a few miles from Annan, with an abundance of activities and attractions in the nearby area.
Try Dalton Pottery in Dalton, great fun for the children, but the young at heart are also warmly invited to exercise their artistic talents. Thomas Carlyle's Birthplace in Ecclefechan, Burnswark Fort, Ruthwell Cross, Duncan Savings Bank Museum in Ruthwell and Caerlaverock Castle are only some of the attractions found locally, whilst Annan also offers a swimming pool and cinema for a rainy day.
For the more adventurous, why not try a little quad biking or go-karting at Westlands, near Kirkpatrick Fleming.
