Within a short drive of Cairnryan are a number of beautiful gardens protected by the warm gulf stream that frequents the area, forest walks and nature reserves. A Royal Society for the Protection of Birds member we are just five minutes walk to the bird watching area at Cairn Point frequented by many seeking a view of the King Eider and other rare seabirds.
A period property, Cairnryan House was built in 1894. Formerly the local Manse, the house retains many of its original features, most notably the staircase, cornicing and stonework.
There is off-road parking for up to ten vehicles and guests are welcome to sit in our front garden, guest lounge which has a fire lit on colder days, or just relax in your room watching the ferries go by.
