 If you're passing through Carronbridge, make sure you visit Drumlanrig Castle, Dumfriesshire home of the Duke of Buccleuch, a majestic property dramatically set in beautiful grounds.
Take a tour around the castle and gardens, or hire a bike to go on one of the many mountain bike trails built in the woodland surrounding Drumlanrig Castle and Carronbridge.
Drumlanrig Castle also offers an excellent café, which serves a range of extremely wicked cakes and biscuits!
