A daily changing specials menu using fresh seasonal produce with fish
and seafood featuring strongly throughout high season is available all
year round. The Brasserie menu offers a wide selection of dishes with
the emphasis on fresh Scottish produce.
The newly re-furbished Garden Restaurant overlooks the landscaped
gardens, offering fine dining in elegant surroundings, with formal but
friendly service. The restaurant serves modern Scottish style cuisine
from an a la carte menu. Vegetarians are cater for on all menus daily.
