Self Catering Scottish Holiday House in Kippford, Dumfries & Galloway. A detached two storey house situated just behind the main street in Kippford with a first floor balcony commanding superb views over the village and river and with a private, totally enclosed, courtyard garden to the rear.

Situated in one of the most popular vilages in the Stewartry, Fairport provides excellent family accommodation close to the village facilities including two pub/hotels a seasonal shop and village hall. A very popular sailing centre with a marina and yacht club, the village is set in spectacular surroundings and would make an ideal base for exploring the area. There are several sandy beaches within easy access, sailing on the river and estuary or on nearby Loch Ken, excellent walking and cycling country (including part of the 7Stanes mountain bike network within a 5 minute drive) and within easy reach of a number of golf courses including the championship links course at Southerness.

Ground floor: Hall. Twin bedroom. Double bedroom. Kitchen with Dining area off, and french doors to the front. Utility room. Bathroom with shower over the bath.

First floor: Landing. Living room - L shaped with door to balcony commanding superb views to the south and west. Master bedroom with french doors to the balcony and Shower room off.
