Self Catering Scottish Holiday House in Kippford, Dumfries & Galloway. A spacious three storey house in Jubilee Path, Kippford with uninterrupted panoramic views across the Urr estuary. A large variety of wildlife, including birds, red squirrels, and otters can be viewed from the house. Kippford is a popular sailing village and has ample local walks, nearby golf courses and the 7Stanes mountain bike trails within easy reach. At the end of the road is a well maintained National Trust for Scotland footpath leading to the village of Rockcliffe.

The House is recently refurbished and equipped to a high standard. The sun room has an adjoining patio balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the water. This is also accessed from the sitting/dining room which is a large through room with panoramic views. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the water and the other two bedrooms also have stunning estuary views. The large basement games room has a pool table, table football, TV and a selection of videos, games and toys and a separate door to the garden. In the garden there is furniture and a barbecue. A private driveway allows parking for 3/4 cars and leads to the fairly steep hillside garden.
