has a safe sandy beach. On the edge of Kippford is a golf course with
further courses, including the championship links course at
Southerness, within easy access. Kippford is a sailing mecca and for
the cyclist the trailhead of the local section of the 7Stanes Mountain
Bike network is within a 5 minute drive of the house. Several safe
sandy beaches are within easy access.
