GLENTRESS LODGE - sleeps up to 8.  A high spec luxury holiday lodge situated directly behind the Hotel with 3 ensuite bedrooms (one with a large 2 person whirlpool bath) and a large separate shower room complete with infra-red sauna.  The large open plan lounge with dining area has a wood burning stove and a 42" flat screen TV and sliding doors out onto the balcony terrace where you can relax and take in the outstanding views of the rolling Borders countryside.  There are also two bed settees in the lounge creating additional sleeping for two.  There is a fully fitted very large contemporary kitchen with superb granite worktops with a hob, oven, drawer warmer, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer and wine cooler.  In the family area of the kitchen there is a full-size slate bed pool table for your use.

JOHN BUCHAN HOUSE  -  sleeps up to 9.  Grab a piece of history with this fabulous town centre apartment formed from the Old Bank House where the famous writer of 'The 39 Steps' stayed.  This apartment has recently been refurbished and boasts a large open plan lounge with kitchen area overlooking Peebles High Street.  There are three bedrooms and one large bathroom with bath and separate shower.  There is an additional toilet half-way down the stairs of the quirky entrance tower where you can safely store your bikes.  There is also a lovely
mezzanine level to relax on and enjoy as you enter through the famous red door and ascend the stair.  Free parking is available just off-site or on the High Street itself if preferred.  The apartment has a large garden where you can sit out and look down to the Eddleston Water.

REDFORD LOWER VILLA -  sleeps up to 4.  This is a lovely lower villa dating back to the 1900s.  There is a lounge with dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and fully fitted kitchen.  Outside there is a lovely south facing enclosed garden with a bike wash and lockable shed for your mountain bikes.  This villa is a 5 minute walk into the town centre and around the corner from the historic Cross Kirk.
