Adjoining the kitchen is a sun room overlooking the Killantrae Dairy Herd, the Boghouse Beef Herd and views of the sea and the Isle of Man. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Two twin rooms are well equipped and there is a family bathroom. A large patio stages garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a children's play area and a grass area.

Close to Wigtown, Scotland's National Book Town and Whithorn, the birthplace of Christianity in Scotland, Amisfield provides the ideal base for exploring the beautiful Machars area of Dumfries and Galloway. At Amisfield there is plenty of parking space and disabled access.
