About the Offer Loch Ken Holiday Cottages offer a selection of three properties situated close the Loch Ken in Dumfries and Galloway. Properties sleep from 4 to 8 persons and range from a waterside location to a secluded hillside property with unsurpassed views. All three properties are situated on the boundary of and have direct views of the Galloway Forest Park and are central to the Galloway Kite Trail which offers some stunning opportunities to watch these incredible birds at close quarters. All three properties are ideally situated to access the Galloway Forest Park and the many activities on offer including mountain biking on the world famous 7stanes routes. If scenery and wildlife is what you are after then you will find no better locations in Galloway. Our main property ‘Ringour’ is situated on the western shores of Loch Ken and directly across from the Galloway Activity Centre which offers a range of watersports including Sailing, Kayaking and offshore activities for all the family. Private course fishing on Loch Ken and Loch Skerrow is available by prior arrangement as well as access to several private trout lochs for Brown and Rainbow Trout.
