(5 van) caravan and camping site (for adults only) and from which it is
completely screened and private, the house is ideally situated for
exploring the area. There is direct access over fields belonging to the
property to ten acres of woodland and reed beds leading to Lochrutton
Loch where coarse fishing is available free of charge to holidaymakers.
Wildlife is in abundance in the area and, for cultural activities and
shopping, the bustling county town of Dumfries is less than 5 miles
away.
Although limited to four persons only, the accommodatrion is
very spacious with private bathrooms for each bedroom, a separate
shower room and two sitting rooms for privacy, plus a delightful
kitchen with an Aga.
