There is an excellent 18 hole golf course within walking distance and a number of other golf courses including the Championship Links Course at nearby Southerness. Mabie Forest and Forest Park offer tremendous facilities for walking and biking (including one of the stages on the 7Stanes mountain bike network) plus an adventure area for children.
