Millbrae House Bed and Breakfast, Dumfries and Galloway is just a short stroll from Rockcliffe beach and is a welcoming, family run, traditional, Scottish style home offering an informal, friendly atmosphere. We have three en-suite ground floor rooms and breakfast is served in our light and airy conservatory whilst watching the red squirrels feed .Rockcliffe is an unspoilt conservation village on the Solway coast an ideal location for a relaxing bed and breakfast. Dumfries and Galloway has lots to offer, cliff and forest walks, National Trust properties, bird reserves, castles, gardens, arts and crafts.

We have 3 en-suite bed & breakfast rooms. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, television and tea and coffee making facilities. All have ground floor access.
Breakfast which is served in the light, airy, conservatory consists of freshly prepared local produce where ever possible. Our coastal B & B in Rockcliffe can cater for vegetarians by prior arrangement.
On special occasions we can arrange for flowers, cakes or chocolates to be waiting in your room.

Accommodation

Hestan, has an comfortable king size bed to sink in to and en-suite bathroom. This room opens out into a relaxing conservatory which it shares with one other room, Balcary.
Balcary, with en-suite shower room, has both a double bed and a single bed and also opens out into the conservatory. A relaxing place to sit after a busy day. This pair of rooms is popular with parties of four or five.
Drumburn, the studio suite comprises of a double bedded room opening out on to a lounge with feature fireplace and comfortable sofa. En suite shower room and kitchenette. Drumburn is a spacious sunny room and has its own external access and a small, south facing, private patio with parasol, table and chairs.
We welcome dogs in Drumburn. Please advise when booking so that we can make provision for your pet.
