A detached bungalow superbly situated in its own large private garden on the edge of the village of Portpatrick. Fully double glazed with central heating, the house is equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout and forms a cosy and comfortable base for a holiday in this area.

Portpatrick village, which is within walking distance, has a spectacular harbour and a number of excellent pubs and restaurants. The wonderful surrounding countryside, rocky coastline with lighthouses and coastal villages to the south and north are all well worth exploring. The nearby town of Stranraer (15 minutes) provides good shopping facilities and is also the base for the regular ferry service to Northern Ireland plus having a rail connection to the rest of Scotland and North of England.

For the sportsman, an 18 hole golf course is situated immediately to the rear of the property and there are a number of other coastal and inland courses all within easy reach. For the historian, wildlife enthusiast, sailor, fisherman, ornithologist and others, the facilities are superb.
