Surprisingly bright the cottage has two double bedrooms one with a 5ft King bed the other with a 6'6 Superking. Central heating.There is a log burning stove in the lounge for colder days and SKY TV The cottage has a modern bathroom with bath and seperate shower.

A spacious kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hobb, oven, dish washer, micowave etc.and has a small sun lounge attached which is used for dining.There is an out house with freezer, washing machine, dryer and garden furniture. Two bikes for your use if you wish.This is a great walking area with many listed walks. The cottage is also within easy distance of famous Aryshire links such as Turnberry, Troon and Prestwick.Nearby days out include Blairquan House, Culzean Castle, and Burns Country.Across a narrow and quiet road there is a large private garden running down to the River Girvan. Ideal for barbeques.
