An Arts and Crafts Mansion situated in substantial mature gardens less than a mile from Dumfries town centre.

The house has recently undergone complete refurbishment and is decorated and equiped to the highest standard whilst retaining all of its original features and period decor. All our bedrooms have en-suite facilities and can readily be adapted to suit single, twin, double or family occupancy. The reception area is housed with the well stocked library and guest may browse at their leisure. The library includes a section devoted to Scottish history, geography, and culture with a particular leaning towards the spectacularlly colourful past and present of Dumfries and Galloway.

To the rear is a large secure and illuminated private car park which features closed ciruit television monitoring. Tennis court and rotating Summer House are situated in the garden and are freely available for guests to use.

The house is very easily accessed and lies 400yards from the intersection of Dumfries's two major trunk roads, being the A75 Gretna - Stranraer and the A701 Dumfries - Edinburgh roads.
