A Galloway cottage of some character set back from the coast road to Colvend and with access to paths to Rockcliffe and Kippford. Walking distance also to nearby small hotel (good pub food and restaurant). Short drive to golf courses, Kippford (sailing) and sandy beaches at Sandyhills and Rockcliffe. Forest bike trails locally ( including the 7 Stanes ).

Conservatory with beautiful views to farmland and the Galloway hills beyond. NB: A steep staircase leads to the sleeping accommodation and modern bathroom on the first floor. Lounge (open fire), fitted Kitchen/Dining /Dayroom and Conservatory on ground floor and 2 Bedrooms - (1 Double and 1Twin with wash hand basin) and Bathroom with shower on upper floor with access by steep staircase.
