Whithaugh Park outdoor activity centre is popular with schools, church youth groups, local authority groups and adult training organisations most of which are runnning an adventure holiday.

The centre is perfect for outdoor learning - offering optional instructed activities (AALA licensed), free PSHE sessions for schools, great facilities and great residential accommodation plus catering or self-catering options. Whithaugh Park activity centre is in a beautiful rural location at Newcastleton, Scottish Borders UK yet very close to motorway networks.

Set in 110 acres among the hills of Scottish Border Country, and yet within easy access of the M74 / M6, the highly popular Whithaugh Park activity centre offers tremendous facilities in a choice location.

We provide adventure activities on and off site. From 2 hour taster sessions to 5 day expeditions our qualified and passionate staff can provide what you need.

Barnabas Adventure Centres are licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) to provide the following activities: Kayaking, Open Canoeing, Improvised Rafting, Single Pitch Rock Climbing/Abseiling, Off-road Cycling and Gorge Walking.

These along with the large number of onsite activities provide a broad base to choose from for your ideal outdoor experience.
